What People Are Saying

“I worked with Rachel on some of our flagship VIP events at EIFF and she was consistently a thoroughly engaged, proactive and supportive events manager, with great attention to detail, clear and professional communication and excellent troubleshooting skills. She was very accommodating and flexible with our many last minute changes and requests, and collaborated closely with us to ensure the needs of our sponsors and stakeholders were met, while ensuring that the many creative ideas we had could be incorporated into the event. Rachel is extremely experienced, calm, conscientious and pragmatic with great people skills and impeccable diplomacy. I am sure that the skills and experience she would bring to any event would ensure its success.”

— Emma Boa, Senior Projects Manager at Edinburgh International Film Festival

“The Gilded Balloon has been presenting shows at Teviot Row House since 2001 every August. Rachel has been our link to working within the building during the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. Rachel has been my go to for all our needs. Always helpful and always having a solution to any problems. I wish her well in her future endeavours and would be very happy to work with her again should the opportunity arise.”

We can assure you working with Rachel will give you an event to remember.”

“I worked with Rachel for many years on the Fringe Festival bars at Edinburgh Uni. Rachel was massively supportive in not only on-boarding a local craft brewer to trade at the event, she was creative and hardworking which enabled us to deliver many successful bars at the Fringe. Rachel is an excellent communicator, she is super organised and clear on expected deliverables. It was an absolute pleasure to work with her.”
